I ordered a a Large because I have larger-than-average shoulders. And the jacket managed to be simultaneously too big across the front (and waist but i expected that) and too small across the shoulders in back. Apparently women are only allowed to be big in front, go figure. Reaching forward was very uncomfortable, and this is a motorcycle jacket, enough said.
When I called to see if they could advise me on jackets that might be cut differently, I got hung up on twice by their phone system before I gave up (and no, not by accident, it actually said “Exiting the system, Goodbye!”). This product is getting returned and I’ll never do business with this company again.
